Thanks, I am very happy with the bumper.

Part 2 of today's Boler upgrades was to install the Shady Boy awning. My original plan was to install it centered on the side of the trailer, they a wise lady by the name of Donna Dee suggested I offset it towards the rear. I made some mock-up drawings and I liked the looks and functionality. When the awning is up it covers more of the door than the original awning did, but we now have lots more shade and protection out back, the awning extends past the rear of the trailer by almost 2'

The awning is 10' wide by 6' deep, I will take some pictures of it set-up soon. Sorry for all the dirt of my trailer, just pulled it out of the storage lot

Thank you David
Yes I definitely bought the wind poles with the awning. It is so well designed that all the poles fit inside the case.

We bought the awning through Shady Boy in Vancouver. They were great to deal with. ShadyBoy.com

The final upgrade for this year, since the back end looks so good with the new bumper I had to improve the looks and functionality of the front.

Ian,

You have the makings there to really mess with people’s minds. Tell them it is a solar heated hot tub. Put a really small fake solar panel on the lid along with a couple of decals from a real tub manufacturer and you will have them mumbling to themselves real quick. Tell them you can’t open the lid right now as the heat will escape.

When parked for the night, put a towel hook with a towel on the outside along with some scented candles, and an ice bucket and a bottle of wine and tell them you will be using it while au natural after dark that night. You can bet they won’t get any sleep just waiting to see you use it. The possible yarns are endless.

Jim

Love the idea Jim LOL I probably should have done that but then trying to explain to members that my tow vehicle would handle the extra weight ...

Ian you are extremely talented. Your work is gorgeous, and I honestly wish you lived near me so I could pay you to create a tongue box like that for me, as well as your sofa/dinette mod.

Some people are true craftsmen, and you are one of them sir!

Ever so slightly covetous,

Wendy

Thank you all, I am not sure if this is an obsession or a passion.
I find designing to complement the unique shape of the Boler very inspiring .... I love curves.
