yes it is. not sure if the scamp has one but here's another great option. I may be getting a couple of these to go under my table as well. Amazon.com: ADD A DRAWER 2X8X17 WHITE: Sports & Outdoors

they are pricey on amazon but a little cheaper on www.campingworld.com but they are doing website maintenence right now so couldn't post it.

I put two Add A Drawers under my table last summer. I needed a long drawer to carry long kitchen implements like a spatchula and long knife. Both I previously carried in the upper cupboard... CAREFUL opening it up... knife always wanted to fall out.

Camping World frequently has them on sale for $19 each.
