I'm a fan of folding TV trays. I found vintage trays on Ebay.
Also, to conquer the storage issue, I found these great cubes at Ikea. 4 of them fit perfectly under the bed/table in bed position. I put things I rarely use in the back 2 and clothes in the front two. Can't beat the price of $6 ea. DRÍNA Box - blue - IKEA

Here's one of my little vintgae TV trays (on the right). It is western with brands, longhorns, etc. Not for everyone I know, but it makes me smile. This picture was taken at the Fly Fishing show where the Scamp was on display for my "Sisters on the Fly" group. Wish I had a better one that shows the design.

Linda, these are very nice under bed storage boxes. Looks like a great representation for Sisters on the Fly!

We tent camped for decades and bought one of these years ago: Cabela's Deluxe Camper's Kitchen : Cabela's

We still bring it with us. We like sleeping in the trailer, but I prefer living outdoors when we camp. We also have 3 portable canopies that we will bring one or two of, and the camp kitchen (and usually any picnic table) goes under one.

That's a great system Frank for organizing your kitchen items for outdoor living and a true home away from home experience.

Thanks Linda. We've had it a long, long time too. It's held up well. Us, not so well!
