Added shelf to the closet


Removed the top bunk and moved the tv shelf to a corner where top bunk had been (we have the bunk model).




Added a quarter round stop so the microwave cabinet door is flat and stable


Deleted the vent hood (still trying to figure exactly how I want to put a heat shield and shelves on the wall). Added a longer faucet neck.

i have a 2007 freedom delux and had to take out captains chairs to put in a special chair. i have the knotty pine table and hope to put it where you put that shelf next to the bed. it has a leg on it...so hope my rv guy can figure out what to do. it is 2" thick so probably couldnt be hung from the wall...right? any help appreciated. i'm hopin git will be a handy bed table and useful for writing too.

The shelf is held up on the side wall by a pair of hinges. The bunk model has a reinforced piece there that upper bunk was screwed into. If it didn't have that reinforced strip, I'd have had to rivit the hinges on. I put a gate latch on the bottom of the shelf with a hole in the divider wall for it to go into. The shelf can be dropped down against the side wall in a second.

I didn't want a leg in there because that's where my feet are usually at. Probably a dozen different was to do it but it sure is a handy shelf for me.

yes-seems like it will be handy. i'm glad you posted it. just gotta put it on the list....

Figured out how to fill the vent gap and added a pair of little shelfs (ace hardware "over the door" shelf with the tabs cut off).
5 minute job to drill a 4 1/16 holes in the glass wall and make some tiny hooks from some 1/16 stainless welding rod to hold the shelfs.





Bumped my head for the last time on the awning supports. Fun noodles even match the side the awning, well sort of. At least I can see the darn things and they work as a door bumper too...

i like those little shelves.

i have to wait on getting my bedtable put in. they say 3 hours of labor at $72.00 an hour. i might have to marry a welder before that happens. i have a handy little fold up table for now.
