Mount Aluminum Lazy Susan to the roof of your camper with VHB tape #4950.
Attach aluminum plate to lazy susan with bolts.
Attach solar panel with hinges to the aluminum plate with bolts
Now you can rotate the solar panel to match the suns angle.

You would need some type of latch to keep it from rotating when setup, also when solar panel is down when driving. You don't want the panel turning when driving or setup.

Just one way you could do it.

That is a creative idea. With a simple circuit and a servo motor, you could make it track the sun while parked. No wouldn't that be cool.
