Hi, been reading the two ways people have added shower curtain rods for enclosing the shower and keeping the water off the toilet area.
Here is our solution with some simple PVC pipe parts and a required turning of 1/2 inch pipe to fit inside of the 3/4 " PVC pipe. We also added a full length of velcro sticky back to the wall (see Pics) and she sewed the velcro hooked type to the edge of the curtain. The velcro dots didn't hold with me in the shower.
I post pics here to show the general ideas. If there is interest in more details, I will give them in response to questions later. I have even thought about working up a kit of parts and selling it if there is interest? Not sure how complete the kit should be? Maybe just the turned pieces or all the way to a full setup.

The next pics are the rod and the parts I made to turn the corner. The small pieces have to be turned on a lathe to reduce the diameter to fit inside the 3/4 PVC. The 20 inch pipe above the door is replaced with a 24 inch piece.
This was done to our 2008 Liberty Deluxe.
