Much needed advices for Trillium 1300 fix up and ensolite

Hi everyone

I just bought a Trillium 1300 1971 (pictures below) and looking forward to fixing it up a little bit.

A lot of the joints of the Ensolite have detached. I have read in other posts how to glue back the parts of Ensolit that came off but nothing about the joints.

What should I use for the joints?

Thank you for your help

Ensolite issue

Other posters have suggested using caulk in the joints to fill the space. With a little touching and pulling, a reasonable matching texture can be achieved.

Autres affiches ont suggéré à l’aide de mastic dans les joints pour remplir l’espace. Avec un peu de toucher et en tirant, une texture raisonnable correspondante peut être réalisée. Microsoft translator.

Very nice trailer!

Nicolas, welcome to the forum!

On Trillium trailers, the ensolite seams are usually covered with vinyl T molding that snaps into narrow vinyl track.

Paul Neumeister at the Fibreglass RV Parts, Repairs, and Service by Paul Neumeister website sells the vinyl T molding.

Another option is to fill the seam gap with acrylic caulk.
