My Little 13' 1976 Scamp

Been able to do a lot of work on my little Scamp this summer.
Repaired the ensolite wall covering and repainted interior. Repaired rot on floor under back window and put in vinyl plank flooring. Got all new foam and made new cushions and covers. But my favorite thing is my new 4 way table.Works great.

New deck to keep things off the ground.

Front room

Kitchen

Boudoir

Dining Room

Four way table. Folds up for desk, folds out for full table, folds down for seating bench and folds out for bedtime.

Front Bedroom

Closet

Next working on cleaning up some electrical and hope to paint the outside next summer.
Happy Scamping!

That looks great. The 13' Scamps seem more open, bright and airy than our 16' Layout 4 with the bathroom. We'll see how we like/use ours, but down the road I can see selling ours and buying something with no wet bath and going for the little portable toilet things instead.

Amazing that it is a 43 year old trailer.

How the table came about...

I wanted to have a table that would fold in half and make a small table/desk. Replaced the old fiberboard table that had soaked up alot of moisture over the years and weighed a ton. So here is almost finished product.

Figured out finished size of table and cut in half. Leg is removable. The leg is approximately 24" tall and table is approximately 30" x 40" so was unable to have a hinged leg (and I liked this leg that I have been hauling around for years)

Attached two boards to underside of back half of table and created a sliding part that had a frame created near front on bottom for leg to fit into.

Remove the leg and lower to use as a bench seat and just fold out for bed.

I used birch plywood but solid wood would be nicer.
I also used butler hinges but think what I have is too flimsy so when I have time will redo and use bigger hinges.
Thanks for your comments

Warm and cozy!

I compliment your taste in colors (including the cabinets). Makes me think about how I could change my tiny space with new covers and curtains. Thanks for the inspiration!

NICE WORK! Looks great!

One little piece of advice...
That type of flooring works even better when coated with a commercial floor wax. It not only seals, protects and shines, it is easy to maintain with just a cap full in a couple of quarts of water then applied with a rag.

Nice job especially with the table! Quite the set-up with the deck too
