Hello Jeff. I see your profile identifies you as a Forest River owner. FiberglassRV is a site dedicated to all-molded-towables. A completely different build type than the Forest River. While some may be able to identify your part, you may find more help at a forum with trailers such as your own.

I respectfully suggest you try one of the sister sites: iRV2 Forums

Good luck

Thank you, and yes I know this is not the forum for my 5th wheel but this is not a factory part. Someone else did a mod and I can’t find it. I’ve posted to ALOT of different RV forums to try and reach out and get some results.

It looks like it's on the rear bumper and has some sort of geared arrangement.

What happens if you turn the shaft?

Yes it is absolutely on the back of a bumper, the bumper of a RV. I need to I didn’t buy what that motor is so I can get one for the back of my RV. The guy used it as a motorized flagpole but I need it to hoist my Weboost antenna way up in the air over my RV.
