New cork floor.

I finally ripped out the carpet in our '91 Scamp and replaced it with cork flooring. I used a floating snap-lock plank and it was pretty easy once I got most of the old stuff out. Removing the rear benches is an absolute must as it makes it so much easier to work and it makes for a nice clean look when you can set the bench right on top of the new floor. On a side note, the funky smell that was always present is now gone with the new floor! Anyway, here are the the pictures.

It looks like removing the benches helped. It looks great and was probably easier in the long run to do it this way. Did you put a sealer over the cork, does it come with one, or do you not need one?

very nice!! I agree that taking the benches out certainly saves trying to cut and trim around them. Its very clean look.
