I finally ripped out the carpet in our '91 Scamp and replaced it with cork flooring. I used a floating snap-lock plank and it was pretty easy once I got most of the old stuff out. Removing the rear benches is an absolute must as it makes it so much easier to work and it makes for a nice clean look when you can set the bench right on top of the new floor. On a side note, the funky smell that was always present is now gone with the new floor! Anyway, here are the the pictures.

It looks like removing the benches helped. It looks great and was probably easier in the long run to do it this way. Did you put a sealer over the cork, does it come with one, or do you not need one?
Jumping in on this old thread in hopes of an update!
I just got back from Cancork Floors and they were adamant that snap in floating cork floors wouldn't work in any RV. They said plenty of people came back saying their floors popped out during transit. But that goes against pretty much everything I've read so far on this forum.

So the big question is - did it stay put?
It still looks exactly like the pictures in the first post!

Thanks Glenn. I did run into this thread and, while I have a slightly different operation ahead of me with my Trillium 1300 (fiberglass floor w/ floating) it has a lot of relevant info.
