I was just at my local RV dealer today and he has a brand new replacement light for Casita (and others?) lights, probably the same one Casita is using in the 2009 models since they tell me they switched LED? Made by Glo-brite... I can't even find them online yet, but the dealer says they are bright and have a standard 4-hole mount, clear lens. Complete light replacement, $25. Let's see, I paid $21.97 each at SuperBrightLEDs plus shipping and about $4 each for my clear Euro lenses... hmmmm, maybe I should sell all my bulbs (unused as of yet) and lenses and just replace all my lights. They are very nice looking lights. In the Casita our lights are installed with 4 pop-rivets, so I'd have to drill them all out and re-pop-rivet the new ones in. Kind of a pain... wish they were screwed in like most campers with wooden cabinets.

OK, here's the scoop on the new lights. Glo-brite part number 9762-88 and if you can't find them online, you can order them from Ted at Carlsbad RV Service Center, 575-887-1786 or visit his website at www.carlsbadrvcenter.com or email him at carlsbadrvsc[at]plateautel.net Here are some pics of them. I was wrong... they don't have the same bold pattern as the ones in our camper, but it really doesn't make any difference.

Wow, good find! I like the way those look. Hopefully they will become available all over soon.

it would be cool to be able to buy these online, we still have not added the extra lighting I want to put in, and these look nice. These would save us the trouble of building them ourselves. If anyone finds an actual purchase site, please post it here. I was thinking that after we get the upper dinette storage cabinets installed, I could wire a light in the bottom to shine down towards the bed/seating area. BTW, did it mention if these are cool white or warm white?
