Kurt;

Thank you so much for documenting your restoration. Please keep those photos coming. It is an inspiraton and I hope to have my Boler American looking as good in a few months.

One question; what paint did you use on the body and what paint inside (e.g. under the sink)? OK, maybe that was two questions!

The paint on the inside (under the sink) is an indoor/outdoor latex paint in gloss white. I used the same paint for the ensolite but went with a flat white. The company is Rust-Oleum the model is 'Paiters Touch.' I like it as its affordable and they sell it in a quart.

As for the outside paint its all PPG automotive finishes. The bottom is Toyota colour 'Desert Dune Poly' (we seen it on a Toyota Rav 4 one day). The top is a white and is an industrial grade paint for painting busses, machinery, etc. Basically a cheap paint, untinted, sold in large quantities.

Anyway, both colours are Acrylic based paints meaning its a one step paint with no clear coat required as the gloss is already in the paint. You stil need a reducer and hardener but they are very easy to add to the pot. The Accelerator for faster drying is incredibale stuff. The paint is actually too dry in some areas (the roof) from where it went on using the Accelerator but perfect for outside if your painting like I was.
