New Slipcovers for our Bigfoot

It's taken longer than I thought it would, but I finally got the new slipcovers made for all the cushions in our 17' Bigfoot. The foam on the gaucho seat/bed was still in good condition, but the foam on the dinette cushions was shot so we replaced those cushions with new high density foam. I must say I think I'm going to sleep a lot better on this nice new firmer foam! These slipcovers have velcro closures along one side so they can be removed and laundered. You can see a close up of how that's constructed in the last picture. I got the fabric from Fabrics.com.

Well done! They look GREAT. I feel for you in regards to the time it took - took me way longer than I thought to sew mine up as well.

Thanks everyone! Gilda, the fabric on the valances is the same heavy upholstery fabric that was on the cushions. I'm thinking about removing the valances or maybe recovering them, but I don't know with what. I have quite a bit of the orange fabric left, but I think that might be a bit much! I also have some of the little olive green polka dot fabric, but maybe not enough to do the valances. I already have a lot of pattern going on here, which I like, but I'm not sure I want still more. The curtains on the big windows (front and street side) are on actual curtain rods, but for the small curtains the PO just used cord strung between eye hooks, which I didn't replace because at the time I made the curtains we just wanted to get out camping with the trailer. The entire set-up could use some improvement. Also there is a window behind the stove, just visible in the second photo, and it has a mini-blind which I don't like very much, but I don't think I want curtains so close to the stove there either. The picture below shows how the fabric co-ordinate. Suggestions welcome!
