We just posted this video for all of you asking to see our mods and how we put them together. I hope you enjoy it. It is my first attempt at a You-tube video. The link is attached.

The last owners of our Camper had made curtains for her. We have since replaced the curtains with blinds but if anyone wants them, with their hardware, we will be happy to send them free of charge, just pay the actual shipping costs. They are clean and in good shape. I feel bad throwing them out.

I ultimately double nutted the vents, on the inside, as a stop so they can be opened or closed as needed.

Hi there - very interested in how you made your custom exhaust vent. I've got a 1980 Deluxe with an full exhaust vent and find it very space consumeing and would be interested in what you used to build your fan? Are they computer fans. Also what did you use at the 'window' space? Thx.

Hi Mark. I still think it's an example of the amazing Ray Bradbury house--bigger inside than out! Beautiful job.

The windows were untouched. Aside from the boat vent on the roof there are no exterior modifications that are noticable. The exhaust fan I used is a 115v bathroom ceiling exhaust fan, the most powerful and quietest I could find. I had to cut open and modify the metal case as it was too wide originally. It was also necessary to create a baffle to catch all of the hot exhaust air and seal off the back of the air conditioner so no exhaust leaks into the cold air intake (a/k/a air sump).

Your Burro is amazing. Thank you. I wish I had checked out your Solar set up longer as it is a mod I wish to incorporate at a future date.
