Our interior mods

I have been working on getting the trailer clean enough for some photos! Here you can see the porthole windows from the inside. We removed the rusty old fridge, built a simple door and covered it with a mirror. Inside the compartment is a porta potty now which will come in more handy than the fridge. We also removed the old gas stove and replaced it with an electric unit, which can also be changed out for a small gas camping stove which fits perfectly and uses the small cylinder instead of the large heavy ones. We installed some inexpensive indoor/outdoor carpeting, and all is left is too recover all of the cushions. We also installed a below cabinet radio/CD player, and can live just fine without a TV
Anyway, we're keeping it simple and uncluttered, unlike our land home!

Thanks Carl, I think the whole idea of getting way in something this small, is to get away from it ALL! It's a step above camping, but much better than some state of the art rolling yacht

Nice legs Sorry, couldn't help myself. Adding the mirror was a good idea. Might make seeing to shave the face a tad bit hard though

Thanks Donna D. you just made my Saturday. Like they say, "the legs are the last to go", so mine are doing okay at 54 years! Well, I could always shave laying on my belly, or just use the mirror to shave my legs Besides, most men who go camping don't shave while they're away. It's part of that whole macho looking thing. By the way, I've always loved your profile photo. If your interior decorating is anything like your photo, you must live in a really fun home!

Fooled you Filbert! That's NOT a photo of me... that's my avatar. That babe is richer and better looking than me.
