Paint

I'm getting sick of polishing every other year and the graphic on my scamp is distinctive, but kind of ugly. Any advice for getting it painted? I'm going to run it over to a body shop for an estimate.

We are having ours repaired and painted but will stick with gelcoat, only one place in town has a big enough paint bay. They are not the only one that can do gelcoat but trailer size had been the deciding factor. Work starts in a week to fix the outside gelcoat. Already doing prep work. Step one is general repair of cracks, scrapes, old poor patches and such

Gel coat or paint you will still be putting a protective product on every couple of years so painting won't be making that chore go away. It is the UV that causes the issue and you can't turn the sun off unless you put it in a garage or put on a cover.

Ugly graphics? Now there is a worthwile motivation
