Why didn't it come installed? Mine did.

Ours is a 2018 and the prototype did not have a storage tube on it, I am thinking under the new battery/propane storage area but will to miss the propane hose and a electrical junction box.

Stinky Hose

I have a 2018 PL.

I put the hose in the LP tank and battery enclosure. I have end caps so little if any leakage. My hose fits nicely in the front of everything. Area can be easily washed out if need be

I an trying to get the new style battery/Tank cover for our 2016 PL.
Our stinky slinky hose storage is just below the belly band in front.
Others have mounted a PVC tube under the back bumper.

Main complaint is that we can't get the battery cover off without removing the LP tanks. I'm also going to install a battery disconnect switch to prevent discharge while in winter storage.

I installed a switch that is used on boats that allows you to choose which battery to use (we have two batteries) or both and it disconnects both batteries. Got it from West Marine.

Parkliner's don't come with a battery disconnect? Bizarre.
