I have used pex in two houses, both complete systems. Love it. But if I were redoing my Scamp I would use ⅜ pex, not inch. Its easier to work with and the flow rates would be fine for a small RV. I am usually worried about too much flow, never too little in my Scamp.

In my homes I used ⅜ inch for the bathroom lavs. The hot water gets to the faucet much faster than with inch.

YMMV, john

PEX Certification / Apollo Flow
Nice very brief introduction to using PEX.. but only an introduction. And I see they talk about push fittings... well, they are not for me. Crimp or pinch or ProPEX expansion fittings only. That is my opinion.

Also I agree that 3/8" would be fine.
