Very nice! If you find that the suction cups arent holding up to windy conditions, you can add an awning rail to the trailer too

VERY NICE! I would love to see detailed photos of the mounting with suction cups. Also - Would you sew some up if I were to provide the materials and patterns?

I would consider selling them myself on my Etsy shop (KarenCrafted) if people were interested, but prefer to work without pattens, just measurements. I would do a custom order, with shape, color/print requests.

I used extra large suction cups with hooks I found on Amazon. I made corresponding grommet attachments along the camper end, and one on each corner of the other end for the poles, (Coleman adjustables, also found on Amazon).

Very creative and very pretty!

Sunbrella has a yellow stripe fabric I am leaning towards (Beaufort Yellow/White 6 Bar 5702-0000 https://www.sunbrella.com/en-us/fabr...ow-White-6-Bar)

Your pictures may have sealed it for me. Looks great.

many thanks for sharing this! the suction cup idea is just what i'm looking for, i have an awning rail on my ventura, and will be making an awning with velcro around the edges for a screen room. i was trying to figure out how to attach the screen room sides to the trailer, suction cups will work great i think!

I am also a fan of awnings, just not those Fiamma or similar "crank-out" types. I like your awning and installed something similar, but instead of using suction cups, I attached a length of Keder rail, and made my own awning from a heavy duty "farm tarp" which is really pretty beefy. I sewed a length of Keder welt tape to one end, which just slides into my Keder track. Similar, but different is all.

Looks great! Is this fabric water resistant, and were you able to get yardage wide enough that you did not have a center seam? If so, where did you get it? Thanks, Grace

Yes, the fabric is Sunbrella. It is not completely water proof, but good enough. I put the largest piece in the center, and made two narrower panels on either side, to avoid the dreaded center seam. I bought the fabric on Ebay. It is also possible to treat the fabric with a water proofing spray, which can improve performance. I plan to do that this year.
