That would be Blue for Casita, Red for Scamp and Orange for U-Haul.

Carol,

I'm not surprised that it's endangered, primarily because the world came to Newfoundland's shores to fish for about 500 years, feeding a good portion of Europe . It's amazing to go to Red Bay and see the sites where the Portuguese came in the 1500's to hunt whales and fish.

Apparantly Newfies in some measure are allowed to fish.

LOL Norm, the right of a Newfie to fish for cob kind of falls into the same category as an American having the right to keep and bear arms, regardless of what the rest of the world thinks of it.

Carol,

It turns out that recreational Cod fishing is permitted by anyone without having to get a permit, only 5 fish per day during the season.

Darrell,

Books are work and I did a lot of that and enjoyed it. Now we're focusing on each other and travel.

The trailer's packed waiting for next Wednesday.

Tongue Weight

Weighed the tongue today, 189 lbs. Our goal is not to exceed 200 lbs. It includes our clothes and food, 1/2 tank of water, full propane, and ant-sway bar.

We'll weigh the trailer as we leave town next Wednesday. Both of us our ready, sort like sneaking off together when we were younger.

Did not get as much done on the trailer as we wanted; a little focus on the house since were gone 11 months and home for only 6 weeks the year before.

Newbie here. Your mods are amazing. I'm starting slowly, adding plastic and wire bins, and maybe a small plastic drawer set to sit on the top bunk, without cutting into my Scamp yet.

I'd love to take a poll for the best places to shop for various plastic bins, drawers, locking containers, etc... I was thinking of IKEA, maybe Walmart after that. What have you found?

I wasnt sure if i should post this here, or as a separate thread. Chose here to reduce clutter. Please advise if I should split the poll question off.

Tom and Jared,

I intend to maintain Preparing a 1991 Scamp and I suspect will add to it after the Newfoundland trip.

Ken,

I purchased most of my 20 or so plastic trays from Walmarts, definitely the ones that look like baskets. I also have 3 from RV Widgets Works. He makes custom containers and has some standard parts as well.
