I've been lurking around here for over a year, gleaning all the valuable info. I've been restoring a 16' 1984 scamp, and have removed the old noisy furnace to descover dry rot under it. After repairing the floor I replaced the furnace with the wave 3. After wall tenting for several years in very cold conditions with a buddy heater, I thought a wave 3 would be large enough. I'm now thinking I should have gone to the next size up. I seems also to take a long time to warm up things. I don't run it at night, I just use a very good sleeping bag.

Yea, when I buy one, I'm going to go a step up (Wave 6). I hear it will warm it up faster and then just turn it down to low. Thanks for the info though....
