We fixed the 78 awning with new roller, awning plus new push button. A&E Dometic told us parts no longer available; but remove the old arm caps and put the caps on new unit, the pin is larger on new unit so drilled out to closest drill size which was just under new pin size and put old caps on new awing. The small awning push button arm release will install on our old awning arms fine difference is not enough to make a difference. Rebuilt all cupboards except back upper units with new paneling and hardware. Atwood small furnace was a good match for our trailer; a bit of fiberglass wall repair and gelcoating was needed on outside and a 2" platform under unit. New Arbrite on counter and table top now. Have to still do the floor weight concerns have slowed things a bit trailer is heavier with all the changes; we have tried to add as little as posible, will have to check later to find out how much weight we have added at least 200 or 300 lbs. All new waster lines, taps most of the window seals and did the weirs as well.

P.S yes she is having lots of fun, we even added a second pwr vent at top since was replacing them.

Read last year about a portable ac unit that was not a swampy and could run on battery but can not find it. Would like to know if link is still available? also looking at ClimateRight CR-10000-ACH Small House, Garage, Shed Air Conditioner;
The Euromac AC2400 Split Air Conditioning System White, looks best but can not find it in Canada so far. Want it as we are in a heat wave lol "more weight lol" will mount on tongue and under table or left seat.

Looks great Borden. What type of paneling did you use on the cabinets?

We are looking forward to getting back to work on our Boler 1700, which we will do once we wrap up some significant work on the Trillium 4500.

Welbeck sawmill south of Owen Sound had the same type that was used in original build it is very light. Can get the info for you or other most of the old was removed and replaced in a couple of spots new is over old. Doors are original just painted with new hinges moved hinges closer to corners and added extra one on the closet and bathroom doors

air conditioning on battery power is quite problematic. even that little tiny 2400 BTU split system you linked is 450 watts, at 12V battery voltage through a DC-AC inverter, thats about 40 amps ... with a pair of GC-2 golf cart batteries, you could run that maybe 2 or 2.5 hours before needing a major recharge. if you ran it any longer, you'd risk damaging the batteries with overly deep discharge.
