I like this idea. I saw it already in one of your posts and liked it. I will put in on my wishlist.

Looks like you have your work cut for you and i9t looks like your not taking any shortcuts. Sure enjoy watching your progress. I suppose that over there in Croatia it won't be long before you are shoveling snow.

Thanks Lee
I don't expect snow for next three mounts, bigger problem is the daylight gets shorter every day

Next step was repairing chassis, i waited for a welding man couple of weeks. Finally, we removed rear end of a chassis, it was bent due to a broken stabilizer. We made completely new rear end and also added some kind of "rear bumper", but i still don't know the purpose for it.

Wheel bearings
A few days ago, I started changing wheel bearings. Finished left side, everything was simple as it should be. When I dismounted right hub, found a pretty mess with the inner bearing. Someone drilled a larger diameter and pressed cylindrical roller bearing instead of a tapered. Now I have a problem to put it to the previous state.
Picture shows the inner race of a faulty bearing

on the wheels again
She's on the wheels again
Next step: the floor. The idea is to fill "waves" with water resistant PU foam, then lay two layers of OSB plates. The problem is where to buy water resistant PU foam

I don't know where to buy it, but I am pretty sure that the denser the polyurethane foam, the more it sheds water. So you're looking for a spray that will form a dense (higher weight) foam. I believe Jan Pregowski in Poland either has dense PU foam or knows someone (they use it in the construction of monolithic dome structures); I know Poland is quite a distance from you, but if you can't come up with any other sources you might try Jan. His website Kopuły Monolityczne, Konstrukcje Monolityczne, Budowle Monolityczne, Budowa Kopuł | Monolityczne Konstrukcje MCP contains contact information.

We have "foam" stores so easy to get closed cell ensolite foam. Try a boating store as they use lots of foam too. We also used boat hull liner glued to the foam. Boat hull liner will actually let water flow right through. Doesn't get moldy. You can use Velcro on it.
Make sure you get glue that won't dissolve the foam. Foam supplier May have the glue too.
