Refurbushing our 1975 Boler

So we finally started the renos on our 1975 Boler. New to this, it will be an adventure. Here are some photos to share, input welcome! The first three are when we bought the Boler in June 2011.

planning on stipping everything back to the bones and starting fresh so to speak. starting offf taking out the couch and dinette/bed area benches. then proceeded to take the upper and lower cabinets out. then took out the closet.

Careful Jason, some of that stuff holds the roof up. Like the closet. Just about anything that goes from floor to ceiling. I see you're in Seskatchewan... watch for snow load if the trailer is parked outside.

This will be a fun rebuild to watch

Registry
Was that Boler in Maple Creek Bolerama in 2005 full of Coke memorabilia?

Donna, we used a support bar just in case the closet was supporting.
We also started stripping some of the ensolite (insulation/wall-covering), will post more photos soon.

So im ordering my insulation and wall covering in the next couple days. Should be an interesting project to get it on but will it be nice and cozy feeling in the boler when its done. By the way i think the worst part will be getting off all the old black sh%^$t that stayed on the fiberglass if anybody has any ideas as to what to use greatlly appreciated.

Hey Jason, it will be fun to watch your restoration. We recently started a complete rebuild on our 1978, you can see it here. Very exciting stuff!

I will be getting my new foam insulation and wall covering upholstery this week(hopefully). I will be spraying glue so i can attach it, that is what the guy at the shop said anyway. the one thing is that i have no idea if i have to totally remove all the black residue(glue) and have a totally bare fiberglass trailer inside. any suggestions. i guess i could ask the shop guy but if anyone out there has idea as to what to use to get it off would help out alot.

Hey,
My father and I are currently restoring a 1975 Boler. We won't be removing the ensolite from the entire interior however there are a few areas that need to be repaired. We are also from Saskatchewan (Regina) and am having a hard time tracking down a place that sells ensolite. Can I ask where you got your from? What was the cost? Perhaps you may have some left over from your job that you may be able to sell to us?
