Yes, I did wear a respirator... can't be too carful
My dad had one, I just couldn't convince him to wear it. "It is water based
paint son, don't worry about it".
I did the floors with some extra 12mm laminate that I had laying around the house. I screwed down some plywood, so that I could glue the floor down. Normally you don't need to glue this floor, but I with the jumping around of the trailer I figured it would need the extra help staying together.
It has held up well so far, but I still haven't recaulked the joints in the exterior, so a little water got in the other day, and I have a bit of a floor bubble
For the exterior, we didn't do a perfectionists job. It was in pretty rough shape, so figured a quick sand, and some body filler on the worst spots, and it would look a lot better. I think we were right - very happy with how it looks.
