Renos on my 1977 13' Honey Boler

Located in Winnipeg, MB, I am wanting to remove the centre of the "couch" and put in a small table top to create a dinette for 2 people, which will still be able to fold back to a couch for sleeping for a guest (it will sort of "mirror" the larger dinette on the opposite side of the trailer, which will then be left permanently as a bed). Also will be taking the cook top out and putting in a new counter top that will match the top of the new table. Not sure where is a good place to have these renovations done at a reasonable price? Thanks!!
