FOAM MATTRESSES

I do not use my rear eating area, it is a permenant bed. I went to a foam mattress maker and he cut the mattress for me. An interesting thing about commercial mattresses is that they have a denser foam at the two long sides of the mattress to keep the foam from compressing over time when you get into and out of the bed. Because the Scamp bed was less than the full mattress size he cut the foam so the stiff edge is where we get in and out of the bed.
