Brian, if you're asking about putting a roof top A/C on your Boler... it won't hold the weight without internal bracing, like bows across the top. Otherwise, you're liable to end up with a big old unintended sky light. Others will pop in shortly.

One suggestion I have seen is to put an AC unit where the fridge should go. Its an interesting idea.

Some have great results with putting a Fantastic Fan in.
I know from the months I spend in the Okanagan Air conditioning is preferred.

Just saw on Facebook, Scamp wants $400 to reinforce the roofs of pre-fire Scamps to hold the weight of roof top A/C.

It may hold the weight for a while, but the roof will start to sag, and the walls will bow. I am not sure how you can repair this damage.
I have seen them in the closet.

Can anyone share pictures of their roof top A/C units, factory or not?

Not mine, but a good exploration of the rare Trillium factory roof top air conditioner.
