Scamp Remove Refrigerator Put in Window AC

Hi, new Scamp owner here. It's a 1981, 13'.
Question to group because I can't find a thread for this specifically (tho I'm sure there is one...this forum is awesome!). Our fridge is the original 3-way frig. I don't forsee using it a lot. We have a huge cooler that served us well last year on a long road trip. Has anybody removed the frig and placed a window AC in that space? It seems like a natural place to put one. The vent is already there...maybe has a drain?
Anyway, any pointers would be much appreciated...Thanks!

Thanks

Thanks. Those look great. I have a lot to think about yet. I'd like to get the AC as high up in the cabinet as possible. Plus, I'm wondering about getting it out? It's hooked up to propane, battery, and plugged in (I think I can handle that one ).

The 12v lines I capped and taped off. May need them for something later.
Propane line was capped with a flare plug to match the fitting, got it at Lowes. After removing front screws it slides out into the camper. You may have to force it a little.
