Sealing the roof of older Bigfoot

I've got a 1979 Bigfoot 1600. I've replaced and sealed the roof vents, that were leaking bad.
I'm still getting water through the ceiling.
Is there a way to seal the roof?

I did find where one of the screws holding the cupboards came through the roof. It looks like it has been that way since the trailer was new.

I sealed the vent with butyl an then self leveling sealer.
I've found 2 holes in the roof that I've sealed with the sealer, I concerned about the ones I haven't found.
I haven't figured out how to do pictures on here yet. Is there an easy way?

After hearing about some people finding multiple pin holes in their fiberglass roofs, I've thought a little about this. I wonder if a good cleaning and wax job would be a good way to keep out very small leaks due to pin holes?
