Seam coverage

Does anyone know what I can use to cover the interior seams of our 1972 boler? Was it perhaps a plastic or vinyl tape that was glued over top? Looks like old glue remaining, nothing else.

My son used latex caulk and a sponge to fill the gaps in our 1971 Boler, no more silly tape.

You can buy seam tape from scamp. Its listed as exactly that in their catalog.

Our Boler has the bathtub tape that is used in lieu of caulking. It was done almost seven years ago and continued to adhere even in the Texas heat last fall.

There have been some who have found the "sticky" of the scamp tape less than impressive.

I used 3M 77 spray adhesive and held nozzle close to seam to spray a little "extra sticky" on the ensolite. You wait a few minutes for spray glue to start setting and apply tape.

Tape appears to be holding fine. But can't hold a candle to the seam job done in that link posted by Donna. Of course I'm not that into style, the dog don't care so that means the wife is gonna do it if anything that fancy gets done.
