Here are some of the fairly simple mods we have added to make life easier in our Scamp.
The First was a carpet covered cover for the shower, a floor to cover the shower floor when it is to be used just as a head. Not a lot of head room but mainly I am not standing in there. I did not like the deep drop from the head to the shower drain floor.

The Second was a Corian cover to place on top of the stove burners to add some counter space when the stove is not in us. We had a piece of our counter top left over from a kitchen remodel, the part cut out for a sink.
The Third was a way to keep the rug from moving around so much. They add tension to it.

The Fourth was Bal-jacks in front to add stablization when parked, but these I have posted before.

The Fifth was a modified aluminum rear carrier for the back of the Scamp. I cut the raised rim down on the carrier and added bike tie downs and working lights. We can use it as a bike carrier or a carrier for other stuff. We used it last week-end to carry a large box to our granddaughter.

The Sixth was some neat decals my son made for us, one over the door and one on the rear of the Scamp.

I have found that the most simple mods are the ones that I enjoy the most. As you said, they just make life a little easier, right?

I put this wood grating in the shower of my 13' Scamp Deluxe and it improved the comfort of both the toilet and the shower. Cheap too.

This is one of the greatest ideas I have seen! Thanks! I am going to implement this for our upcoming trip in a week.
