Suburban 2 burner stove top - repair or replace?

Hi, we are off to camping this morning but we discovered that the front burner knob on our cook top seemed frozen (back still works fine). I finally got it to turn but it does not turn on the gas. I think the guts of the valve are frozen and probably now broken.

I'm wondering if 1) there are parts available for this stove (original Scamp 2 burner 2001) or if the suburban drop in 2 burner stoves sold on-line can be used as a direct replacement.

What have others done in repairing your stoves or replacing with new?

Off to camping

Thanks
Rick

Long shot but some knobs are push down or in before turning to turn on. If not parts should be available, new and used.

Thanks, did that. Knob turns but not gas. I'll be looking for parts or to replace the stove top.

Thanks

I have this stove that i took out of mine. I can send all or parts if you reimburse for shipping. It's missing one knob. I have no idea if it works.

(took out of my Scamp)

Hi, KD, thanks for your reply. The part that I'd need is just the plumbing under the plate where the knobs attach to. But....what stove did you purchase for a replacement?

Thanks
RIck

I'm not replacing it. I had one in the galley of my sailboat and i never once used it. So i'd rather have the space. If you to take a pic of the the piece you need just message me and you can text me a pic and i'll let you know if i have it...or you can post it here...i didn't remove anything from the stove or plumbing. If i have what you need i'll send it....no problem
