Ok, sorry I messed up while ago. but I just dumped then thought.
Oh well here it is (this is the one I dumped)
first plan
<img src=http://www.fiberglassrv.com/board/uploads/3e3dd5886533epos1.jpg/>
second plan
<img src=http://www.fiberglassrv.com/board/uploads/3e3dd616db62aposs2.jpg/>
third plan and most liked at the moment. I may make the stove and sink moveable to the outside. we'll see.

AHHHH...now I can sleep

Thanks Jana,
Comments on your floorplan first...while I remember them :chin ha ha.

I really like the second one best.....with the bathroom door at an angle and you have that little closet to the left of it, plus it puts your sink and stove in close proximity....I like it.:cblob

Your current plan doesn't show a closet door, could you maybe design the closet in that front left corner with a door leading from your bathroom? It would be a larger closet than #2 and still be full length.

Convertable kitchen.....my only warning is that with the wind pressure on the leading surface, won't you be very susceptable to leakage from wind pressure on the road? Plus, it will be awfully high when it tips out, or have you been practicing cooking on stilts?

Now, I wasn't really gettin on ya about nuttin (referring to a comment on another thread), but I'm really glad :banana you put it back up so I won't loose any sleep, and lord knows, I need all the beauty sleep I can get.:zz

Love Ya,
Karen

plans

>>Now, I wasn't really gettin on ya about nuttin (referring to a comment on another thread),<<:conf You weren't ?? :huh Well there you go!! You should know I like talking what if on trailers. I like arguing a point or getting opinions I can think about. :)

I have to explain this kitchen outside part. I was going to put it on rollers, and roll it out. not swing it out. it's one of those possibles that I go to sleep with but usually just keeps me awake. I've made one before, but had a ramp and a larger door and never hooked it up inside. I would like this one hooked up inside part of the time. maybe a quick connect like Don (Pinecone) showed me once with his Buddy heater. The main reason is to create more sleeping space inside for certain times. right now it's not coming together, so probably won't. AND there is no closet in the second one. I could make curtains of clothes. hang them every where. as long as they weren't in my face when I slept. :lol like a gypsy caravan/trailer with the flowing fabrics everywhere.

rollin kitchen

Hey, that sounds like a great idea. But, like you said, the door needs to be a nice size to be able to roll it out without a great deal of trouble. I like the idea of cooking outside, but don't want to carry along one of the Colemans. I always wash dishes outside, so I could do without the sink inside.

Cooking Outside

We never even got around to checking out the built-in stove last year. We carry along a portable propane Coleman stove (slim version) and set it up on a table outside the camper. Gonna make the decision to pull out the sink and stove all the easier! Figure I'll cover the top of the counter in 1/2" plywood stained to match the rest of the woodwork. That will make it a much more useful counterspace which is all we use it for now anyway.

what a day

This has been a strange day.
I've had three wonderful things happen today.
1.. It's my Tom's 65th birthday. He has been ill, but is so much better you would not know he had ever been sick. so his birthday is a joy.
2. Today was the last of 18 chemo treatments my Tom had to take. He always said he would NEVER take chemo. but he did, for me, and no problems what so ever.
3. Now the third great thing that happens today is my 1000th post. Some may think this is strange making a big to-do about it, but this place has been a blessing in so many ways, I just had to say thanks. I put it in this thread, because it's the Surfside that let me find all these wonderful people.

now, I can get back to being my silly self, which I am much more comfortable with.:wave
