Other than ordering it from Scamp, any ideas where I could find a pedestal assembly like the one on the side dinette in our Scamp?

Hummm, is it the standard pedestal and bowl? If so, it would be common to a lot of different brands/types of RVs. Try your local RV parts place... why pay shipping!

If you don't have one close by, try Ebay. There are many pedestal posts and bases listed, in many sizes. Take a look.

Right you are! Looks like Hilltop here in the Twin Cities has exactly what I need.

Be aware that you can get surface or flush mounts for the bottom end of your pedestal and even a set of cross bar type feet so the table can be moved. The upper socket is pretty standard.
