Tail lights, marker lights, reflectors
Does anyone have any recommendations for Tail lights and marker lights with built-in reflectors that take care of all requirements, are LED, and look appropriate for an off-road style camper?
Etrailer only has ones that look too rounded and basic.

Bargman
The link above is for Bargman who are one of the main companies that provide such lights. You can choose from a variety of shapes and they do have LED versions of many of the styles. They have been in business for a great many years There are many retailers of these lights so you can choose a style and then use that product code number to comparison shop on prices.

I suggest you visit an RV repair shop. They might have just exactly what you want.

Leds should last longer. Because of the electronic support circuitry, failures require complete fixture replacement that most likely will need to be ordered. My trailer came with 4 led tail lights. So far I have had to replace 3 of them at about $25 each . I carry a spare in case of failure on the road. The marker lights on my trailer are incandescents. After eight years they are all original. Go figure. Raz

Try Tractor Supply, They have an assortment of trailer items including LEDs.
Marker Lights: Walmart has some inexpensive LED marker/side fixtures.

We visited a number of auto supply stores and eventually found exactly what we needed, LED and all, though not necessarily what we "wanted" which would've been some of those retro uber cool ones. Since we weren't vintage restoring Peanut, we settled for good size, LED, reflective, affordable, and available.

Hi Jeroen, I just installed my led lights that I purchased on AliExpress for 2.95 cdn. Free shipping. I installed them in my belly belt on my trillium. Looks great.

Hi Tom, purchased my trillium in July, have not hit the road yet, expecting to finish all in May. Can’t wait to take caddy shack for a ride next year.

I like your lights. The main issue I ran into was that most LED ones did not have a reflector function as well. Here in the US the rear lights need to have a code of ASTI.
A - Rear reflector
S - Stop light
T - Tail light
I - Turn Signal
Optionally they can have P2, which is rear side marker. If any of those letters are missing then you need that function from another device. Often times the ones from China didn't have any codes at all.
A side marker with a built-in reflector has a P with or without a number or C, and an A. The A stands for reflector. Without the A I would need a separate reflector next to the marker light, which I did not want.
I eventually found ones on Amazon that were LED, and had all the functions in one device.
LED marker lights with reflectors: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
LED Tail/turn/stop/reflector combo: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I doubt anyone will ever get a ticket for it, but I am just paranoid....
