The "Grover1.0" is joining the group

Hello! I bought a 1992 13 ft scamp 3 months ago....been fixing up the interior, and been inspired by all the post, pictures, and rally updates! My wife, 1.5 year old son are excited to go camping, and see fellow fiberglass campers out in the great out doors! I plan on posting pics of the "Grover" interior as soon as I figure out how too down load the pics. The interior turned out great, now I am ready to start the exterior. I live in AZ, so the weather will be great for the next 7 months!

My son currently loves Grover, so that is the Scamps new name, although there is not a hint of blue fur any where, just grey rat fur.

Thanks for all the helpful hints all...there is a lot to learn, and this site sure is a lot of help!,,,

I hope to contribute my own twist on things as I become an expert scamper!

Nice photos. I've been collecting photos of neat ideas on this site and others and can't believe I never thought of putting a towel rack on the cabinetry under the sink. Doh! Thanks for posting, am off to buy a towel rod.

As I'm sure you know, AZ is 12 month camping state depending on the seasons. We've spent 17 winters there. Summers you can camp in the mountains. Wonderful above the Rim in summer, same below in winter.

Grover 1.0

Welcome to the FGRV family. My wife & I are on our second 13' Scamp here in Arizona, and have just finished up our longest trip of 9 thousand miles over 2 months (all but 2 nights in the Scamp), and it was great! If there is anything we can help you with, just pm us.
