Back at work for a month so trailer is hibernating.
Found a replacement
axle, door hinges and new latch. As well replacement
windows for the sides and door.
The Wife ordered some flooring, and has been looking into a new sink and facet.
Next step is 120v and 12v systems. And installing the
axle.
For the 12v system I'll be installing porch and reverse
light switches outside the door. And a switch panel inside the door on the closet wall. Every item will be on a switch so we can control amperage draw while
boondocking. I'm also planing on installing a few PC fans in the compartments to circulate air when needed for moisture and heat.
For the 120v system I have a few outlets to place. One exterior, kitchen, gadget, and the two hidden for the
fridge and charger. And a 30amp shore power inlet.
The
axle will have
brakes and a higher
weight capacity. The frame was completely rebuilt by a previous owner and the original axle is still installed.
The flooring is a new floating engineered product from Home Depot. Looks like wood, and sticks together. Used in basements and bathrooms.
The Wife picked out a nice stainless drinking water type tap to save space. And we are searching for a sink to fit in the space we have while covering the hole of the previous sink. The counter also needs to be stiffened, which I plan to do with strips of plywood in a box shaped frame.
Propane and water will be tackled afterwards.
