Thanks for the kind words guys! I really had no idea what I was going to do. I just cut the tank mount out and started trying different ideas till one clicked.

Got a little further along on the shelf at the right front by the door.
Glassed in the mounts, just need to finalize the shape of the shelf
and fit it.

A little more done on the lights.
Installed 3 puck LEDs in the rear overhead. One is centered on the table and the other two are in the corners, more for reading. Pictures don't really do the light created justice. Very happy with results, still need to route wires and position on/off switch.
I want to reuse our curtains that were mounted on a rod but not sure yet what I'm going to do there.
Ordered a swivel wall mount for the tv, hoping to be able to leave it mounted while on the road.

Got around to finishing the shelf.
The paint can is to show shelf size, and the shot from under shows the 4 mount screws. I decided to only use mechanical attachment till we have used the trailer a couple of times so it can be removed and resized or whatever.
Trying to come up with a neat little fence idea to hold stuff on shelf,,,any ideas out there?
Also planning to use shelf as a location for a reading light.

Steam a piece of ash to take the bend, say 1/2 x 1/2' with similar size stand-off blocks.

Fred, Tom may chime in here on this as I remember he used a type of stretch netting on the shelves he built. He posted pics. I do not have the link at the moment.
I have been extremely impressed with your ability to design these mods, especially the shelves and their attachments. This is what all of us need in our little trailers but do not have the abilities to DYI. You have enabled those who do through your Pictures. As said before...Well done Sir!

Thanks for the ideas,,I'll look into steaming wood,,,can it be done with a welder?? lol
Diane I seem to remember nets on shelves, I like those but not here. This shelf probably won't carry much on the road, more of a catch all when parked.
Thank-you for the compliment, the talent on the site here is amazing. People like Robert have a ton of talent and take the time to share so it is only natural to give back. Plus the odd compliment sure helps keep a guy going

Went on Ebay and found a wall mount for our little flat screen TV.
To mount it to the wall I took a piece of 3/4 plywod and shaped it to fit the hull after I peeled away the the Ensolite from the location. Also set a couple of studs into the ply to accept the TV mount. Then glassed it to the wall and used a stick wedged across the Boler to hold it in place till the glass set. Still need to glue the Enso,, back into place but very happy with result. The wall mount was about $15 but am very happy with the quailty and appears more than adequate for the application.

Tom and Donna, Thanks for the notes.
ccaffrey, I forgot to take a pic of the can, tomorrow is another day.

So, does anyone else do the same thing enough that when something changes and you repeat the action all of a sudden you get a horrible feeling?
Happened to me today taking the Boler out of the garage with a 7 foot high door.
I have done this many times, hook the trailer to the garden tractor, reduce the air in both trailer tires to about 5 psi and back the trailer out till the vent clears the door, reair the tires and continue backing out.
In the process of doing this I didn't double check the clearence of the vent on the door. That ugly feeling happened when I realized the trailer has a new axle and sits abit higher than when it went into the garage.I stopped and shut off the tractor, fearing the worst I stepped back so as to see the damage,,,,WOW, that was close!!
After that we took the Boler out for its first test run behind our new to us tug,a 2004 Toyota Sienna.
We have about 90% of the weight in it and had it up to 110kph,,VERY HAPPY!!
Our little truck worked great but the interior is pretty crowded now that we have a dog with us and the 375000 kms on it certainly isn't a plus although it still works great.
