I covered up the stove top with a piece of countertop, same with the sink.
I'll just use a small one burner stove for the little cooking I do, and will do it outside, weather permitting.

Menards had really nice countertop shelves, only $1.49 each. Took two pieces to get the necessary depth on the stove cover.

I pulled the big propane tanks off the tongue to make room for a spare tire.

Also painted the cabinet doors and drawer fronts for a little more color.

Hope to take my maiden voyage with "Junior" in a couple of weeks.
