Trillium Fridge hatch / vents

Hi All, long time lurker 1st time poster.

I have a 74 trillium 1300 which I completly love. I've been picking away at it, so far its gotten some lovely 2 tone marine epoxy and some nice wheels. Next is a flexi-ride axle and some inside love. One thing i'd like to do is update the vents and hatch behind the fridge to the newer white plastic Norcold vents, has anyone here done this and have any advice?

Vent style i'd like to go to is like this, with a smaller one for the bottom service hatch.

Hi Reuben, welcome to FiberglassRV we're glad you're here!

I can't offer any advice to your vent question, but I'll ask a question of my own... are the replacements a direct size replacement? If so, I wouldn't think it would be too difficult (she says in small print). However, please be aware... plastic is greatly affected by UV rays on the exterior of our cute little trailers. So, I guess I do have advice... and that's to go with metal vents. Anything plastic seems to need replacing in 2-7 years (depending on how much the trailer is outside and not under cover).

Fraser Way RV and other RV places around Vancouver use the catalog from Go-RV.com I think what you are after is here
Looks like part number 60393 - $42.95

Edit: If you go to the next page of the catalog there are more of the same type.
