Trillium front window screws

I peeled back ensolite in a number of places around the windows some time back and was delighted to find the plywood in excellent shape. I attributed it to this unit living its life on Vancouver Island so minimal freeze cycles. However I'm gearing up to paint on Saturday and removed a couple of screws and they were well rusted so I'm having second thoughts. So what would you gurus do? Pause on painting and do the full window removal job, or drill/epoxy the holes and replace the screws with SS.

If you were talking about painting the outside of trailer, I would remove every window, hatch, etc. prior to painting, and after the paint dried, I would reseal everything with butyl tape.

If the wood is in good shape, I would leave it. But as mentioned above, remove the windows to paint the outside of the trailer.
