FINALLY got the moulds done to vacuum form these. Pic is the ratty prototype on the right vs the current version on the left. Curved outside wall is more vertical at 7 degrees tilt, there will be 2 sizes - one 12 inch radius and the other 11 inches (so a curtain hanging from the sink will fit if both are installed. Depth will be 2 1/2 to 2 3/4 inches. Corner angle is 92 degrees to snug up to the walls.



Requires that the installer heat form a plastic bracket for the front side wall, as that changes depending on how high off the floor you install the tray - I'll send plastic bracket practice pieces out to play with free (can be done with a regular hair dryer, but a heat gun works better.)


Mounts with VHB tape on the closet side wall of course. Starting production next week!
