I have used this company and can recomend them. They have a section on brackets so you can pick any style you need.

The PL ones are much less bulky looking and I prefer the light color. I wonder if they have a parts department and would sell them to us.

They are essentially springs from Lowe's with dowels in them. Soon as I get mine figured out, I will post specifics.
