I had to cancel our reservation.
My husband currently has a foot injury and is not able to walk per doctors orders for another 5 weeks. So we are staying home. We will be at Spring NOG and we hope to see you there.

We bought our 1984 Scamp 13' a year ago and needed to totally go through it, so this will be only our 2nd weekend out. It's not quite finished but decided to come when we received a cancellation notice. Have lots of questions for you all ☺. Can someone explain "be working on your name tags"? We will be at B21

Is it okay if we come over and tour the units on Saturday? We couldn’t get reservations but hope to come over. My brother just bought a 13 ft Casita he is remodeling and we thought he would enjoying seeing all of the “eggs”.

Absolutely. As is in the schedule... there's no set times for trailer tours. You see someone sitting outside their trailer, ask to see it. I've found most people are happy to give tours and love to talk about their trailer.

ChevyL, EVERYONE that attends has a trailer that's "not quite finished", so it's terrific you decided to come.

If you have a pin-on type name tag from some other function (especially a trailer meet) bring it along. Some people decorate them with stickers, etc. -- I've even seen some carved out of wood. The alternative is the commonly-used "my name is..." which is stuck onto your shirt so of course you want to avoid that!

One question, though...where did you read about the name tags, maybe site signs, and the schedule? Is there one post that summarizes them?

I'm leaving in a few hours for South Beach. This is the most current weather from Weather.com. Actually doesn't look too bad! Saturday may be a soggy day, but we have the Meeting Hall reserved for the pot luck, both Friday and Saturday nights.

Unfortunately, do to unforeseen circumstances we are going to have to cancel our trip. We have decided to wait until morning to cancel our site in case we have a change of heart.

Looks like we are going to be able to make an abbreviated trip after all. We'll come late Friday and leave early Sunday.
