2019, Oct 1-3: LBL FALL RALLY
Oct 1-3, 2019, Tue, Wed & Thr at Hurricane Mills COE near Eddyville, Ky. This campground has only 45 reservable sites. All sites have water & electricity. Cost is $22 regular price or $11 with senior discount card. Reservations may be made through Recreation.gov six months in advance. Please do not reserve site 49. This will be the host site and will also be used for rally events. This is a NO FEE rally, you just pay for your camp site. It is open to all fiberglass campers and friends of fiberglass campers. When you arrive come to site 49 to pick up a printed schedule. Each night there will be a campfire at 6:30pm on site 49. Coffee will be served Wed & Thr at 8:30am on site 49. Wed at 5:00pm we will have a potluck. Thr at 6:30pm we will have a wine tasting so bring your favorite beverage. Please bring a small gift for the door prize drawing. Dennis & Susie Archer are the host. If you have any questions please send me a PRIVATE MESSAGE and I will reply as soon as possible. If you post your questions on the forum I may not see it. Most of the year I do not have internet service. This will be our 10th year and we will be at a new location. Please join us.

Name of campground is Hurricaine Creel. It is a three night rally. Reversations can be made through Recreation.GOV up to 6 months in advance. Dennis is without his internet service. He is working on his cell phone only and is unable to get logged into his website. For that reason he cannot respond to private messages.

Thanks - I just confirmed with Dennis the above link I posted is correct. Now I just need to wait a few more weeks to make the reservation due to the 6 month window. We plan on being there all week - Sunday thru Saturday.

WOOHOO! Booked site 10 for 9/30 and leaving on 10/4 -- Reserve them while you can! 6 month window opens exactly 6 months to the day at 10am EST.

All,
Bob and I had to cancel our reservation. We had site #48 which
was a prime site not far from the bathroom. Hope someone can
grab it soon. The reservation was from Sept 29th - Oct 5th.

Sorry to hear that you won't be attending.....
Being in the "old geezer" category, proximity to the bathrooms has some interest.   So I just changed my reservation from site #38 to site #48 for three nights arriving on Tuesday, October 1 & departing on Friday October 4.
Site #38 is now available for the rally.....
