As of a few minutes ago there are 49 Reservations on the Catoma Loop and 1 on the Antioch Loop, for the 03/11/2020 - 03/15/2020 dates. .

No way of knowing how many are attending this gathering, but most likely a bunch.

Happy New Year, Kip! Just returned from the Fla Eggs Rally at Spirit of the Sewanee, where there was much talk of the gathering at Gunter Hill. Looks like we may have a good crowd. Also, when we stayed at Gunter in October on our way to another CG, I reserved the pavilion for our use. Other than hopefully some music making in the evenings, it's available for whoever has a need. Perhaps some of those propane fed portable campfire thingies.

Most likely those musicians, that have reservations, will play a few tunes.

Certainly looks like we will have a crowd. Of the 69 reservable Catoma sites, less than 5 are available this morning.

Going to be interesting to experience what will materialize from a bunch of like minded folks gathered for a few days, without a schedule or host.

Yes ma'am you posted your reservation on post 23 above 😊. The Catoma loop is about reserved out. Might be totally by now. Of course there may be FF SITES available. And plenty available on the Antioch loop so far. Although there are a few reserved over there too.

FWIW there were already some reservations made when I posted the intentions of the 3 of us couples.

My only plans are to head to the Pavilion early mornings with a small thermos of Coffee I can share. Maybe others will do likewise and / or bring some snacks. Methinks there may be some "LEADER" type folks that will come up with some type of activity. Last year we found a Chinese Buffett right next to a goodwill store, that provided us with a couple hours of food and entertainment. .

I had never been in a goodwill store, and didn't want to go in that one. But I was outnumbered and even threatened a bit. Nobody bought anything, except me.

Who knows, maybe a group would like to do that. Or not!

I do believe the gathering will be fun in spite of No host, and no PLANNED events.
