5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE!!

Haven`t tried it ..but maybe someone will,and let us know how it was

4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips or (optional)
A small splash of vanilla extract and your favourite tipple
1 large coffee mug

Add dry ingredients to your largest mug and mix well.

Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.

Add the chocolate chips (if using), vanilla extract and a drop or two of

your favourite tipple, then mix again.

Microwave on high (1000 watts) for 3 min

Hi,
Well, I just gave it a try.
It's actually not bad. If this were to be made while camping, it would of course be almost excellent, as everything tastes better outside. And warm chocolate cake would be quite a treat. Especially with ice cream, or whipped cream.
Thanks for the recipe!
(Hmmmm I wonder what else can be mixed up in a cup and microwaved???)

A much simpler cake-like recipe for camping.

Chocolate - Caramel Cake

1/2 cup chocolate cake mix
1/3 cup water

Mix in a large, microwave safe, cereal bowl and top with

1 tablespoon hot fudge topping and 2 teaspoons of caramel topping

Microwave 95 seconds

Tried original post recipe this trip.

And while I do not care much for chocolate everyone else enjoyed it.

It came out a unique consistency, comparable to a chocolate sponge cake.
