Banana Smiles

Banana Smiles
Prep Method: Grill

Ingredients
1 bag chocolate chips
1 bag miniature marshmallows
Bananas (enough for everyone)
Aluminum foil (enough for each banana)

Directions
Slice inside of the banana while it is still in the peel, using care not to slice all the way through the banana. Add miniature marshmallows and chocolate chips, wrap in foil and grill for a few minutes on each side. Unwrap and eat from the peel...Enjoy.

Awesome! We usually make s'mores. This would be a nice change and probably not as messy. Lol
Thanks,
Marky

We called 'em "banana boats" when I was a Girl Scout (a long time ago).

I think it's safe to say they're messy enough - but they ARE fun to make and eat.

Seems like it could be an alternative to banana bread
when the bananas all get mushy......lol

We love these. We will add other things like cherry's also. We cook them a little longer than some people to get the banana nice and soft and melt the chocolate.

Google 'Bananas Foster' for the best banana, rum, butter, brown sugar dish on the planet. Requires a fry pan. Great with vanilla ice cream.

And to think I've always just peeled a banana and eaten it.
Only variations have been sliced in cereal and banana splits.

I've just consumed a pound of brown beans on top of triple
chocolate bundt cake. But if I had a banana I'd be tempted
to try some of these ideas.

I've underestimated the banana.

Went to an upscale restaurant on business and saw Bananas Foster on the menu. I had a salad for dinner so I had room for desert. They were fabulous.......

Favorite breakfast is crunchy peanut butter on toast, with jelly and sliced bananas.

Finally tried the banana thingy......

A few days ago I picked up a bag of miniature marshmallows,
milk chocolate pieces, and some bananas. All I've heard from
our daughter is "Are you gonna make those bananas?" Last time
we were shopping I also picked up some caramel ice cream topping.

Tonight I finally decided to try my hand at this. I googled the temp
and time to cook these. 300 degrees for 5 minutes. But they didn't
seem to get done, so, another five minutes. Still didn't look done.
I thought, this time I'll cook them for ten minutes. They'll either be
done or burned. I don't know if the ends were burned or they were just
black. But on the inside everything looked okay.

I should have taken a closer shot for you but daughter wanted in the picture.
My view lens now has really bad bluish smear so I took three hoping to get
at least one good one. I don't know what I've done to my camera. It seems
to still work, just not a good preview now.

Oh, I fixed two of these. She ate one and I ate the other.
Can't do this very often, I would gain a hundred pounds these things are so good.
